"The hotel itself was great! The staff were lovely, the free breakfast was a nice touch and the rooms were spacious. The building itself is kinda sketchy when you first get there but a lot of the buildings in Naples are just really old. The stairs were the biggest con."

Close proximity to take the to the port of Naples to take the tour bus to take us to Pompeii and the next day the ferry across to Sorrento, also very clean room & delicious breakfast, and excellent view from the balcony the castle and the port of Naples, also walking distance to restaurants & more

"Perfect location for our one night stay in Naples. Aida and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts! Short walk <2 min from the Toledo Metro and with plenty of food options on the Main Street/side streets. We stayed in the Havana room - comfortable bed, great AC and shower, etc We would stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back again!"

"Idéalement situé, dans un immeuble typique, on est tout de suite immergé dans la vie napolitaine! Accueil chaleureux et efficace ! La chambre spacieuse, literie de qualité, propreté exemplaire, machine à boisson illimités, avec un café succulent ! les petits dej sont proposés dans les bars à côté ce qui permet de découvrir plein d'endroit sympa! "- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming
- Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock)
- Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere
- Breakfast was delicious and varied
- Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters
- Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias
Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel."
"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."
"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
