La propiedad es buena y nos atendió muy bien Alma, solo son algunos puntos a mejorar, deben de mejorar la limpieza de la alberca y jacuzzi, un día se pasaron de cloro en la misma y nos irritó la piel, el jacuzzi debería estar prendido en los mismos horarios de la alberca ya que teníamos que pedir que lo prendieran y de la misma forma deben mejorar la limpieza porque tenía insectos y basuritas, referencia al desayuno falta variedad, no está rico, es austero y la muchacha que nos atendió en el desayuno tuvo una actitud poco servicial o amable, o sea grosera. Súper amable Alma y su compañera de oficina.

Beautiful rooms and friendly staff

The room surpassed our expectations. We loved the food there and had fun in the game room. The only thing we thought they could improve on was how often they changed the towels. They have a sign in the room saying they only clean once every three days which is understandable since all the rooms are basically small apartments, but it would've been nice to have more clean towels available.

Disappointing to say the least

Booked our 2 week vacation based on the photos on Expedia and the Mansiones Cruz Del Mar websites. Pictures of the Master Suite looked awesome. What we stayed in are the pictures of the Junior Suite but paid for the fancy Master Suite. Web pictures are very misrepresenting and services that were to be provided were not. Shame on you. Pool area was very nice until the pool filter system quit and the pool turned green. That lasted for over a week. The sewer smell that would filter through our room was at times unbearable. No safes as stated on website, kitchen utensils under stocked and fry pans unusable. They did replace the fry pans. Washer dryer, washer didn't work. We used the dryer until they took the set away and we had nothing. They brought back the set the morning we were leaving. Website states daily maid service. Try every 3rd day. If you like walking this property is on top of a hill about 3.2km from Santa Cruz beach and Chahue beach.
