"They did not replenish our towels considering we were there for 3 nights. According to the frint desk, it is usually replenish every other day and unfortunately, they said they do not know what happened. We also asked for room refresh but was not done"

"We used to have a breakfast at the restaurant At the property. It was a long time ago tough. Now they serve breakfast At the lobby. I wish the quality was better. The room was cleaned, but didn’t feel fresh. The shower could be cleaner."

"We have stayed at Oxford Suites many times. It’s a nice hotel in a good location. However, we were a little disappointed on this trip. Our bed sheets were on sideways so the fitted sheet came off the mattress in the middle of the night. They did replace and fix the bedding the next morning. The mattress itself was the worst I’ve ever slept on. It was so old and sunk in the middle. We didn’t get much sleep the 3 nights we were there and had terrible back ache. The breakfast food is terrible. The staff are very nice and friendly. I’m not sure if we will return there on our annual visit to Pismo."

"The location is amazing as it is centered in Solvang. Our room had upper windows on opposite sides of the room that created a cross breeze; we loved the fresh cool air and only used the air conditioning once. Breakfast is not extensive but our trip included 5 hotels and this one had the very best lobby coffee and a delicious blueberry danish. 😋 Cynthia at the front desk also helped us find all the wine tasting establishments in town and BOGOs."

"Fast check in, room was very nice with great fire place and in room Starbucks coffee pods. Beautiful views from hotel grounds that are on the cliff. Views of the birds flying at eye level is amazing. Fire pit with views, pool and hot tub. If we come back to Pismo we will stay here again"

"The suite was nice and cozy, but using usb-chargers was impossible. They didn't work. Our windows were to the street, so it was noizy if I wanted to get some fresh air at night time. Overall, it was good. Well equipped kitchen, so there's a possibility to bring something and cook/hear in the suite. Well working refrigerator. For us, it's a good option to stay in Santa Maria."
