"No inverno é muito frio devido falta de aquecimento, pois ar condicionado quente nao esquenta o ambiente todo. Cortinas mal projetadas (deveria fazer com estrutura melhor e com blackout, pois as 07:00am vc ja acorda com sol na cara). Banheiro é aberto sem porta e sem fechamento de parede até o teto(tirando privacidade). A governanta educada e gentil."

"Our time in Campos do Jordão was very good. What a beautiful place and wonderful days with the family. Regarding the stay, there are a few important points to highlight that were not very good experiences. First, the person at the gate when we arrived was not at all friendly. Whenever we were asked about the apartment and useful areas of the building, he was quick and rude. We always looked away, and I'm not used to people like that who don't even say hello. The apartment is very well located...
