"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Los Farallones. The staff was so incredible. They were absolutely so kind and available even when it was a busy weekend for the Easter holiday in El Salvador. The grounds are gorgeous and really taken care of, it just seems like they think of everything to keep the space beautiful. The spa treatment was a 10/10, so relaxing and amazing. "My take on the room… There was a separate/private room, but unfortunately it was very hard to sleep there. And the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bed near the sliding door felt unstable (tilted), the pillows were very hard. Service was okay, but it could easily be improved. For the price you pay per night, I expected a higher level of comfort and attention to detail. At check-out, no one asked how the stay was, I had to bring it up myself. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. I would love to recommend this place because the setting is beautiful, but these details should definitely be addressed. "
