窓から港が見える素晴らしい場所にあり部屋も広い。 到着が遅かったためチェックイン時に10€追加料金を支払った。事前に予定よりも1時間遅れる事を電話で報告し、その範囲内に到着したのに追加料金を支払うのは納得できない。

We loved the location and style of our room. It was quaint yet modern. You could feel the history in the building. Our view of the fishing boats, sea, and piazza from our balcony created lasting memories. Stefano was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel on the beach!

Our stay was very nice except that we were woken up at 6am from a barking dog next door. The balcony door did not have a lock and the room needs a facelift. It would also be great if an extra pillow was provided. The hotel is in an excellent position directly on the beach. The beach is lovely and the food in the restaurant superb.

Convenient and good value

Situated on the front of the lively fishing village of Porticello Stenopus Greco is very convenient for taking the train into Palermo in only 15 minutes. The landlord Stefano provides good advice on the local facilities and restaurants. We can recommend the waterside restaurant "Kantuccio" for evening meals of high quality and good value. The Greco-Roman excavations at Solento only a mile away up a steep incline are well worth a visit. Our room had a balcony overlooking the port and we had 3 very comfortable nights here.

Un pezzo di mare

Santa Flavia, con questo Hotel ha fatto centro. Splendidamente arredata con letto a baldacchino e pareti dai colori caldi, completa la sua performance con gli accessori comunque fondamentali per una vacanza estiva: aria condizionata e frigo in camera. La location è incantevole per chi ama ammirare l'alba in luoghi rurali: essa infatti si affaccia sul porticciolo, centro della vita del paese. Pur essendo vicina a locali e ristoranti, esso con la sua dotazione di finestre insonorizzate permette comunque la tranquillità. Da ammirare, nei dintorni, la spettacolare scogliera di Sant'Elia, con il suo panorama mozzafiato. Ritornare in questi luoghi sarà un bel regalo.

Ottimo riferimento per una sosta di due giorni vicino Palermo. Stanza pulita e molto confortevole, arredata con gusto e molto fresca anche senza il condizionatore (effettivamente mai acceso). A 10 minuti di auto bellissime spiagge e a mezzora Palermo raggiungibile comodamente anche in treno. Location assolutamente consigliata!

A pearl near Palermo

We got a very nice room with a great view. Very friendly and helpful owner. Several restaurants close to the hotel. We enjoyed the stay and will pick the same hotel next time we pass by.

Nice Hotel right on the sea

We arrived and were greeted by Stefano the hotel manager/owner who helped us carry our luggage in from the car. He was very helpful and provided many recommendations for food an activities. Our room was big, clean, and the balcony looked over the sea. Overall great experience.

Nette Unterkunft in toller Lage

Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Hafen des netten, kleinen und noch nicht von Touristen überlaufenen Fischerdorf Porticello. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, groß, sauber, alles da was man braucht und trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Die Begrüßung durch den Besitzer Stefano war sehr herzlich und bemüht, er hatte viele Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswertem in der Umgebung. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind mit etwas Glück sogar direkt vor dem Haus oder sonst auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Frühstück im Haus gibt es nicht, aber den Tipp von Stefano, im einige Gehminuten entfernten Cafe zu frühstücken. Für einen Strandurlaub allerdings nicht geeignet, weil direkt im Ort keine Strände sind. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins nahe Palermo oder für 1-2 Nächte perfekt. Wir waren sehr begeistert, auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt total. Eines der besten Quartiere unserer Sizilienreise.

Ottima base per visitare palermo e dintorni

Stefano,il proprietario, è persona simpatica,cordiale e disponibile. La stanza spaziosa,molto pulità e con ogni comfort. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Non abbiamo amato porticello a causa di una idiosincrasia per i porti ma Santa Flavia è centro quieto.Se fate il tour della Sicilia usate questa soluzione.

Beautiful room and perfect seaside terrace

This hotel is a dream come true. Beautiful room, perfect private balcony looking over the sea. The owner is so helpful and friendly. I didn't want to leave! It's perfectly situated in Porticello for walking, beach, restaurants. Peace and quiet. I'll be back!
