It was nuts. he was out there replacing air conditioning units on the fly. If it didn't work, you knew this guy was coming...should've done that hours ago. And instead of taking 10 minutes to check us in, and then fix the AC....whatever. It was a disaster. Best Western checked us in 5 minutes. "
