The room was excellent, with a full kitchen, although no oven. About 15 minute walk the central plaza. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet and comfortable. I only have one complaint, being forced to pay extra for internet. It’s been a long time since I had a hotel do this, even if only $15 for three days. Why not charge extra for sheets or towels?

From check in to check out, front desk ladies were very nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is right there in the room. Definitely would go back or refer a friend.

Wonderful stay at the hotel, front desk staff was so friendly and kind to my daughter and I. I would definitely stay again! Room was clean and inviting. Loved the fireplace. I originally thought the room was bigger due to the photos on hotels.com. The photos for the studio are incorrect. There is not a table/dining area. Other than that perfect stay.

I loved having a gas fire place in the room, and the property was very nice. The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly! I had one problem while there. My hot water went out for a night, but they fixed it in no time and offered me a new room if I needed it until they were done.

A great place to stay!
The whole experience was really spot on for Santa Fe. Within walking distance to the Plaza. We enjoyed the vigas and bold colors of the room that made it “feel” like Santa Fe. The kitchenette was much appreciated. The bed was fabulous. Really a great place to stay!!

Close to old town and attractions. Need to remember this is a timeshare, so no hotel toiletries are provided. Cute fireplace in room. Comfy beds. Nice skylight in bathroom.

This was the best experience we’ve had in a hotel. Front desk staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel is also in a great location. We were able to walk to the plaza and restaurants nearby. The street is also quiet and we were able to enjoy the great atmosphere of the fire pit outside while having a glass of wine.

i liked that it was easy access to hiways and still walkable to both the railyards and the plaza.. but mostly i liked that it was a cozy and efficient place to retreat to when i needed to take a break.
