"Fantastic clean and beautiful hotel. View of the pool one side and a view of the sea on the other. Beach a 1 minute walk and Charlie’s bar next door is a good option if you want a later night of entertainment. Plenty of food options at all times and themed nights, Mexican night was our favourite, keep you from being bored of the same thing being served! We did one night out in Ibiza at Ushuaïa which is very easy to get to and from by bus even late into the night/early morning! All in all a great hotel and well worth booking!"

"Kitchen staff were amazing. We really had a great food. But front desk and cleaning team were horrible. Imagine you’re staying at Ibiza sleeping late but 8 in the morning cleaning staff knocking doors making gossip about their coworkers loudly. Very poor management. Property is located very nice spot to access sea."

"A fantastic holiday with our 1 year old. Massive sized rooms and hotel looks huge from the outside which worried us it could be busy but doesn’t feel that busy as rooms are so big. Great location walking distance from the marina with lots of restaurants, super markets and the beach. Staff were amazing and always welcoming in every department. Very family oriented hotel but not tacky like many other family hotels out there. Santa Eulàlia is a great location for families who want to avoid the party side of the island but still have a great atmosphere. Only downside is how expensive the food and drink is at the hotel. €6.50 for a bottle of water at the bar at night and €11.90 for a milkshake! I do expect to pay more on holiday but that seems excessive! We went to the supermarket for waters and other snacks in the end! All round though we loved it and wished we had stayed for longer."

"The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. I would maybe stay close to Ibiza town next time just because it’s a bit far by taxi to go into town for everything. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. Our first day we had lunch at the restaurant by the pool. It was actually terrible and the menu choices really need to be expanded. The air conditioning in the hallways and elevator were non existent and in the room it was pretty good but we prefer it colder. The breakfast buffet was the highlight. They really do a beautiful breakfast with an abundance of choices! The staff at the front desk were nice."

"The roads are small emphasis on very, if you wake up in the middle of the night and wanna go to the bathroom, the lights come on automatically, the AC is limited in cooling, the breakfast buffet is great. The staff are kind and nice. The properties well maintained if you’re staying here absolutely would say that you need to get a suite because otherwise you just won’t have space for your luggage.. taxis are tough to come by and they’re not that very many restaurants around the property what hotel recommended to go as the best place around was absolutely awful."
