"The hotel is lovely and I’d recommend the premium apartments as they are modern and well fitted out. Ours was in the main reception block under the roof top pool and bar which is a must for adults! The best views and cheap drinks!
The hotel is a bit of a walk from the centre but don’t let that put you off."
"Nice hotel but on the basic side. Food gets monotonous after a while although not a bad selection. Not the best quality. Room was very basic and a lot of noise heard from other rooms. Pool quite dirty and surrounding areas not cleaned from the previous day with food and drinks dried to the walkways. Good aircon and staff work extremely hard."
"The hotel is nice yet a little tired in places. Some decor in our room was in need of attention. Peeling wallpaper on bathroom ceiling for example. The pool looked quite dirty and in need of a good clean out. Sorry tlles and some bits floating around. The biggest issue is not having use of a sunbed at the hotel without paying a huge fee. It counts towards food and drink spent that day, but this is just not how a hotel should be. We felt conned frankly. Why pay for a hotel with pool etc and then find you cannot be by the pool without paying a lot more over and above the cost of the stay, which is expensive in the first place. It just cheapens the experience, and makes you just feel like a cash cow. The lower rent Hyde hotel is effectively the same hotel too so it just didn’t feel premium for the premium price tag."
"We were reading reviews and were worry but it’s absolutely different experience! We skied for upgrade and for 60 eur per night we got a big room with terrace and separate bathroom. Territory is clean,we liked the idea that it is all separate little houses with few room ,not one big hotel. Breakfast was really good,a lot of variety for 3 stars, some people forgot its not 5 stars :) Pool is nice,we don’t get to earlier so no issue with opening time, see is in 10 minutes walk and it is so warm! The only thing,we’ve need prominsed coffee machine and robes with water every day and we didn’t get it,we reminded a few times and just tired in the end. But we absolutely enjoyed our stay and had a great time!"
"Absolutely spotless and a credit to the staff.
Really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return.
Breakfast was plentiful and had everything you needed for a good start to the day."
