"Las habitaciones estaban limpias y tal y como se describían. No había recepción. Durante el día, solo vimos al personal de limpieza. Tras una estancia de 12 noches, aquí van algunas sugerencias de mejora: 1. Zapatari Kalea es una calle ruidosa: todas las noches, entre la 1 y las 3 de la madrugada, había grupos de gente gritando y cantando justo debajo de nuestra ventana. Quizá valdría la pena instalar un sistema de insonorización profesional, dado que se tomó la decisión de abrir un hotel en esa zona concreta. 2. Pagamos más de 200 € por el aparcamiento, y aparcar en la calle es prácticamente imposible. El gran patio delantero amurallado de Limehome es inaccesible y no se utiliza, pero podría servir fácilmente como aparcamiento para los huéspedes. 3. El termostato estaba apagado y no salía aire por los conductos de ventilación. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para que entrara algo de aire y cerrarlas por la noche para evitar que se escapara el calor. Espero que esto no se hiciera para recortar aún más gastos."

"Lovely big room. Spotless and smells very nice. Nice big shower. Huge comfy bed with cotton bedding. Friendly staff. Just across the road from the train station so an ideal stopover for our interail trip around Europe. Also luggage storage was very useful. Highly recommend."

"Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "

"All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered) "

"The hotel is being used for the council for conflictive families. Man smoking smelly herbs in the main door. It was not pleasant. It is a real shame since it is a great location and the room itself, and service were great. U just want feel safe to stay/sleep."
