We had a great stay here. In general, the staff was attentive and friendly. The one issue was the variability of the water temperature and the plumbing. The first night I got there I had to take a cold shower because the water wouldn’t seem to warm up. Thankfully the next day there was hot water. ...

The location is superb, the facilities are IKEA efficiency, a Novotel type complex, set up as studios. The price value matrix warrants the 6 stars.

UTOPIC Polanco by ULIV
Clean basic room (without windows - probably room type I picked to save cost) but modern and nice bathroom layout and very nice shower. Very clean, and all amenities you need. Bed was a little hard but slept well regardless. For the value its a very good choice.
