"Clean, safe, welcoming hotel. Rooms have comfortable beds and great water pressure (HOT water) and the a/c works perfectly. The pool/lounge area is lovely and the complimentary breakfast was just right. Bonus, there's a spa (Massage by Paola) and the Agave bistro just steps away, on a quiet street. Zero road noise at night. All in all, a perfect setting."

"I was very pleased with Blu Galapagos. The rooms were very clean, great view, very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to not use the tour company in the hotel. I booked a tour after being very specific in what I wanted to see. I was assured it was possible but once I arrived the tour guide explained there was not enough time within my limited time to see what I came for. Very disappointed. Was not offered any refund or other compensation. The tour was not inexpensive and feel I was completely lied to and intentionally misled. "
