"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Degli Ulivi! The room was clean and comfortable with AC and an amazing terrace. The atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly and calm, the absolute highlight being the owners/reception staff that always greeted us with a smile and advice on where to spend our days around Castro such as where the best beach could be found. But other than that the experience was very bad, the advertised and paid room did not exist, we booked a triple room e balcony and got put on a double w a queen bed, when we went to check they moved us to a tiny one with two single beds and that’s when they owned the fact that the booked room did not exist in the property. The front desk staff has no autonomy to make decisions to solve the issue and the director was not available. We checked out an hour...
