Privileged location to enjoy stunning views. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Prepare to negotiate plenty of stair. If driving, going up to the parking area can be challenging.

The property was absolutely amazing. Love every little corner. The views, the pool, the staff was wonderful. The only thing that I would have to say I need was a better WiFi. My room had no WiFi and I had to step out to actually use WiFi. But other than that I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the place.

Good view to the lake, but one wrong thing it’s how get the resort big hill, yo got have a 4x4 truck to get the hotel, no WiFi en the hotel

The staff at this property were amazing! When our taxi driver didn't show up on time to take us to the airport on the day we had to leave, the owner went out of his way to contact the father of one of his staff members to take us to the airport so we didn't miss our flight. Talk about going above and beyond! The breakfast every morning were amazing. everything that we ordered from the kitchen was delicious. we enjoyed the infinity pool and the hot tub, now only if we could have gotten some better weather to see the volcanoes more clearly. The rooms are not brand new but are nice and clean, the staff is top notch and make you feel like family. Would stay there again.

My fiance and I had a fantastic stay at Tzam Poc Resort and highly recommend it. The staff is outstanding and the amenities are superb — the infinity pool, the hot tub, the wood-burning sauna/steam room, the view from our private deck, a candle-lit dinner on our private deck overlooking the lake and volcanos, and beautiful breakfasts each morning on the glorious patio — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our concierge, Darwin, is incredibly accommodating — running up the stairs to our balcony to serve us cold cervesa upon our arrival to booking a private tour of the lake — he made sure every part of our stay was to our liking. The only negative comment we could make is the water pressure in the shower and lukewarm temperature could definitely improve.

Stunning views & great service
Tzampoc Resort has one of the best views of one of the most amazing places in the world! Its infinite pool gives you the chance to feel you are swimming into Atitlán lake from the heights and touch the three volcanoes surrounding the lake. With a resident Chef, food lives up to anyone`s expectations. Staff is helpful and polite. Accommodation spaces are clean and comfortable with a superb view and tasteful decoration. If you drive yourself there, just be aware that the entrance is just for the brave... better call the Manager and have one of the staff drive your car up the steep ramp!

Hotel is far away from the reality of the pictures
The pictures was posted in another time and situation of the hotel. Your driving skills just to get there have to be 9 of 10, Infrastructure was completly in abandond, the pool is no clean as you ser on the picture.

Quiet and somewhat remote.
The hotel is out of the main town of Panajachel which makes it quiet. The restaurants are quite far away but the place had a kitchen. We bought food in the supermarket in Pana and cooked for ourselves. The kitchen in the suite was under stocked however and we had to request everything (plates, cutlery,pots etc). They did oblige however. The view was fabulous. The hotel was high on a hill overlooking the lake. The room we had was ok but did have ants in the kitchen (so we learned to store all food in the fridge). Hot water was present but the regulator was off so you were too hot or too cold. Towels and sheets were spotless but the shower could have been cleaned better. Overall the room was ok but I thought that it was overpriced for the condition of the hotel which needed new paint, had outdated lighting and plumbing.

A bit disorganized and casual especially when local manager is off duty. Hotel facilities alone do not justify high price but views are superb.

There are many other places on the lake that are better than this place for less money. Spend your time there. The facilities are outdated and in need of repair. The pictures aren't what it looks like.

This is our second visit to the Tzam Poc! The view is amazing and the staff is very hospitable! The owner Lucio is very helpful and personable! We will stay there again!

Muchas gracias! Una muy feliz estancia
Extraordinario nivel de servicio y, sin duda, tiene de las mejores vistas del lago de Atitlán. La habitación fue extraordinaria, muy amplia y cómoda, la tuna con vista al lago fue una grata sorpresa!!! El acceso puede ser complicada por la subida y las curvas cerradas para llegar al hotel, pero igual se puede resolver y el personal del hotel está al pendiente en todo momento para subsanar este tema.

It was low season but we got grate service, upgrade, early breakfast, ride to the closest restaurant when their own was closed. It is not walk distance to the town, but it was the calm and nice surroundings that we was looking for.

La mejor vista del lago Atitlán y de los Volcanes
Muy agradable estancia en el Tzam Poc, extraordinarias vistas del Lago y los Volcanes. Atmósfera muy agradable, privada, familiar, el personal sumamente amable y servicial. Deliciosos desayunos (pero no tiene servicio de comida ni cena). Muy complicado de salir del hotel o regresar a pie por una pendiente muy pronunciada, pero el Hotel lo resuelve con traslados en la pick up a donde uno lo necesite, es sólo avisar y ponerse de acuerdo. Se siente uno como invitado a una casa familiar. Muy contentos de nuestra estancia en este lugar.

la vista es espectacular
de panajachel debes tomar un taxi para que te lleve al hotel, cobran 10 dlls,no mas, ya que llegas te dejan abajo, la subida es pesada peo puedes hablar la hotel para que bajen por ti, durante mi estancia no hubo servicio de restaurante ni bar, pero si venden cervezas y te ofrecen ir ellos por tu comida al pueblo mas cercano lo cual esta perfecto con esas vistas no debes moverte del hotel. El desayuno es rico y si lo tomas en la terraza la vista vuelve a ser espectacular

El personal es muy atento y el hotel tiene magníficas vistas. Buen desayuno. Sin embargo carece de algo esencial hoy, wifi en habitaciones o por lo menos en zonas comunes. Muy amablemente ofrecen su despacho para conectarse a internet pero es incómodo sobretodo si se ha de trabajar o se necesita estar conectado durante un largo rato. Un router repetidor o varios es una buena solución y barata.

La vista del hotel es hermosisima, por el precio hay que mejorar las habitaciones y poner restaurante. El desayuno muy bueno y completo
