Room was extremely awkward. Something like a dorm room. Matress was thin and springy, literally. When we arrived it was very late and we were extremely tired and just went straight to sleep. Next morning we had lots of business to take care of and didn't get a chance to complain so again we slept on springy. Complained the following morning and mattress was changed for our 3rd night. Door security is nonexistent. No deadbolt and only a door chain affixed to the loose door trim. The headboard was not even secured to the bed or the wall and kept hitting our heads till I decided to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed.

Country in the city
It must have been a fantastic place new. Now it’s fading away. The restaurant/office has a slate roof like you would see in Europe. Lots of trees. A little hard to find but worth it. Great staff everyone was very helpful and we were only passing through.

Relaxing Stay
Personnel very polite and attentive. Rooms big and private. Quiet and beautiful surrounded by the mountains and very beautiful gardens. Swimming pool good size and very clean. Very nice restaurant and delicious food.

It was good overall, security at entrance and very apartment big. The front door was no too security since it was lose and it took them a while to fix a problem with the sink but I would stay again

The receptionist is the nicest person ever. Anything I needed assistance with she was available. She recommended very good places to eat. Checked up on me often. The housekeeping was outstanding! Property very clean.

The worst hotel stay experience
It was a nightmare stay due to insecurity of the room doors, cleaness of the room and restaurants operation hours. The hotel room was in a delapilated state, it was not cable signal in 3 days, no iron board or towels in the room. The paper toilet was not in the right place, all the door locks did not work and the reception staff lack customer service. I did not enjoy my stay and would not recommend anyone to book a room in this property.

Check in was great, everything was ready when we arrived. All I had to do was give my name and done. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. If there would be anything that I would suggest an improvement it would be that there weren't any bath mat and the room wasn't timely cleaned. But we called and it got taken care of. Thanks!

2 out of 3 rooms were very comfortable and had no issues. 1 of the 3 rooms a/c was broke first night and shower drain was clogged. Both problems were fixed second day but room kind of smelled.

Hotel price was good. It has a nice landscaping and pool. The room itself just needed a little touch up. It would be great if they had a small fridge and an inside the rooms.
