"The property is very nice and well maintained and the pools are also very nice. The beach is ok but looks like they excavated a rocky area out. The staff unfortunately is not very helpful or friendly. There are a few who are but overall not that great. We had to ask for towels twice as the house ..."

"Great location with plenty to do within walking distance. The pool and beach areas were excellent, and we always found chairs available. The lobby has an amazing atmosphere and is arguably the liveliest spot in all of San Juan. We’d definitely stay here again!"
