One who was helping me and the other one (male) who was on the telephone with a potential guest i'm assuming. He was incredibly snarking and rude to the person on the phone. ..."

"The room was great. It's basic, but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and roomy. I did notice there was no fan over the shower, so you had to open the window for a vent.
