"We didnโ€™t have electricity or wifi or hot water for the first half of the trip. It came back after that but was definitely an inconvenience. Restaurant was very good - we ate there many meals because it was convenient and good. The sauna was also a cool experience. A little farther from the lake than some other area places. "

"We arrived just after 10pm, when the garage closed only moments before. The staff was still present and re-opened it for us. We used the covered gated parking area. The hotel is centrally located for Mazatenango proper. How water, fresh towels, soaps, and a complementary bottle of water were waiting for us. The area is safe and secure. There is a nice wall unit a/c which cranked out some super cold air. Next time I am in the area, I plan to stay at this hotel!"

"Na verblijf was รฉรฉn grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval.
