The property itself was beautiful, we stayed for 2 nights Deluxe Room with 2 queen beds. Our rooms were 1218 and 1219 at the main hotel building. Upon entering 1218, I immediately smelled something funky..urine smell. It wasn't strong and didn't bother us so much but it was definitely there. Opened the windows and that helped a little but the smell were there throughout our stay. Valet parking only which was $40 per day with in/out priveleges. That part I wasn't happy about since the rooms were already expensive as it was. No vent in the bathroom which made the room a little humid especially after showers. Older decor in the rooms and the hallways though the carpets felt clean. It was quiet, didn't hear next door neighbors. The beach was across the property which was nice. Would I stay here again? Most likely not because of the price point and the room smell. My fault for not asking to be transferred but again, for the price I paid, I definitely was not expecting that.

We really enjoyed our stay! Had a room with a balcony and ocean view - definitely worth it although would have been nice to not have been in a corner as it limited the view. Rooms were lovely, and staff accommodating. Rate was competitive for the area, but the resort and parking fees added another $250 for our 3 nt stay - at least it was expected and spelled out during the booking process. Enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant one evening with very nice live music. Great location - walkable to beach, wharf, and downtown as long as you have your walking shoes on. Would definitely go back. Only disappointment were the towels - need an upgrade.

This hotel is way overpriced for what it is! The rooms are small and dark. Our window overlooked a roof (like pipes outside our windows!) The hallways are dark and dingy. The parking is way overpriced after overpaying for the hotel it felt like a kick in the shin.

This is not your typical sterile hotel. It has a fun rustic vibe. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I really appreciated the on-site EV charging. The beach is directly across the street. If you’re not in the mood for sand, the pool area is a great place to hang with access to a bar and food. It’s surrounded by glass protection that holds out the wind and allows you to stare at a beautiful ocean view. It’s only a 10-min drive to State St!

The location great. What I didn't like was that both the phone and the coffee maker in my room did not work. I was on the third floor and you have to take two elevators to get there which would have been fine if I were alone but they knew I had a dog and that made it a little inconvenient.

Hallways and rooms are tired, and have a general musty smell. Walls are incredibly thin and there lacks a sense of privacy since you can hear your neighbors and mechanical equipment.
