Super nice check in / front desk people. An open format hotel, with each room opening to an external walkway, built around a pool. So, if people are loud in the pool, you can kind of hear them, although the rooms are quiet. It felt a little off the beaten track, but it was very easy to get to UC Irvine! Super super easy parking; parking and short paths directly to the handicapped rooms.

I love the room! Great beds and covers, great shower, and great free breakfast. Didn't care for a blower on the property early in the morning! Right outside my door on a Saturday morning.. I would reccomend this hotel and stay there again.

The accessible room has a large bathroom that a wheelchair can walk in, which is very convenient. The counter staff is indifferent.

Had my room changed twice when I found stains all over the bed including blood. The hotel staff tried to say it was nail polish and then proceeded to talk badly about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand. If the rest of my family wasn’t staying at the hotel I would have demanded a refund and left. Don’t stay here unless you want bottom tier motel like service and rooms.

The gym was out of service, the free breakfast hot food prep was awful. My scrambled eggs should have gone straight to the trash can. I didn't use the 3 free days I was entitled. I drove off site for a breakfast with taste. There were no food options on site. A candy bar, not oversized, was $3.50!!!!!!!! I paid for a bed, nothing else......disappointed !!

Easy check in and check out. The place was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our booking came with free breakfast, which was not bad. Eggs, bacon, pancakes and hash browns are not part of the breakfast buffet, but they will give you one plate per person. Very close to the airport. Overall, will recommend this place.
