Our stay was ALMOST perfect. We got the wellness suite, and the sauna was broken for our entire stay. We asked to get maintenance in and check on it 3 times and they didn’t fix it because they thought it was working because they wouldn’t stay in the room long enough to make sure that it was working. ...

Il Rivalta - Place of Charme
This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It felt so luxurious, clean, and beautiful. You can tell they really take pride in the property. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was top notch!

Teatro Luxury Apartments Firenze - Starhotels Collezione
Second time staying here and it was great. The staff was delightful and the apt was huge. One thing to note is the TV only has Italian channels which is fine but the Netflix button on the remote does not work and you cannot do screen mirroring with your IPhone.
