"The rooms and accommodations are dated and bare minimum. This hotel is rated higher due to its location. Staff was abrupt. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great."

"This hotel is conveniently located with in walking distance to the airport and car rental lot. The staff are great and the restaurant is good. The rooms are spacious and have all the adminities to get you through the night before flying out."

"Superb location, just across the street from the train station. Room had a good view with outdoor space, Vesuvius view, room service food was tasty, and the place was relatively clean. We would consider staying again."

"The B&B Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Naples, right on Piazza Garibaldi, with easy access to the metro and train station—a great base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. One drawback during our summer stay was the air conditioning, which could not be adjusted enough to keep the room comfortable in the high temperatures. This made the room feel too warm at times."

"The hotel was quite good and maintained well for the neighborhood it’s in . Our first hotel in Italy and staff were very welcoming and good . The elevator are quiet small tho . They have a shuttle that starts in the evening at 8 pm and bring you back at 11 pm from the city , very very convenient. Also breakfast was good , it’s Napoli after all Grazie Mille Would go ack again !!"

"The hotel itself was perfect HOWEVER the hotel is not located in a good area. It’s right near the train station. Our uber driver advised us not to walk around the area at night. It was fine for what we used it for which was to be near the airport for an early morning flight"
