"The apartment was very big for us three. Safe area and easy to access anything you need. Our rooms were very clean but the terrace needs a little mainenance ( uneven/broken boards). One of the bedrooms was adjacent to the Cross Fit gym which was very loud from 6:30 am- 9 am, with banging music and sound of heavy equipment. The staff, especially Sergio were amazing!"

"Room was spotless, staff was amazing, Gemma was so easy to communicate with and super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The only thing I would say is that you can hear everything happening outside the room, didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper that might be an issue. Location is amazing. The room is cleaned daily and the property is tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay again. "

"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "Property was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Our roomcleaning staff were very kind and did a great job! Hotel is near a couple transit stations which was very convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially heaving towards the tourist areas. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm but I put down the extra blankets they had and it helped."
