"The staff was very friendly and helpful with giving directions when we were trying to get to places around the city. The breakfast buffet was A every morning and there is a really cool rooftop terrace that overlooks the city (that has a pool). There is a gelato shop that is really close owned by a family that was incredible, so it was nice to be conveniently located next to that as well as other great food options. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location is very accessible to tourist attraction (e.g. very easy to walk to Sangrada Familia and Casa Batllo). If we were to come back, I undoubtedly would want to come back here to stay. Highly recommend!"

"Just returned from a brilliant week at the Barcelona Princess. The hotel was very modern and impeccably clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary water and drinks in the mini bar. The rooftop pool was heated and had amazing views over Barcelona. The location of the hotel was perfect with the shopping mall next door and metro close by, on a direct line to the city centre. There is also a beach only a few minutes walk away. The only aspect of our stay I could fault is that I would have liked more privacy in the bathroom. I'd prefer it to have been completely closed off. "

"Stayed here with my group of friends and it was amazing. The staff were all super friendly and they assisted with calling us a taxi big enough for us all, every time we needed. "I had an excellent stay at this hotel—everything from the luxurious amenities to the stunning, modern design exceeded my expectations. The room and interior spaces were absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately maintained. All of the staff were attentive, professional, and treated me with genuine warmth and respect. Room service staff, in particular, were excellent, and the food was top-notch across the board. While the breakfast service was a bit hit or miss at times, the quality of the food itself was consistently excellent. A few suggestions for improvement: consider upgrading the in-room phones to allow direct room service calls, expanding the room service menu, and offering access to additional streaming platforms beyond YouTube. Also, better outreach or advertising with local taxi services could help make it more known that the hotel is open and operating. Overall, a fantastic experience—I look forward to staying again!"
