"We love this hotel, have visited at least six times. Nice pool area, adjacent to the beach. Three beach clubs to pick out of if you wish. Walkable to playa d’en bossa strip, which includes hi and Ushuaia nightclubs. Also fairly close to the airport."

"Good hotel in a great location. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality food. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. We were greeted by a member of staff who appeared to be training a new colleague, but she seemed distracted and focused on other tasks rather than assisting us. The interaction felt unfriendly and made for a rather unusual welcome. We were initially allocated a room with a strong sewage smell, which was disappointing after the poor first impression at reception. However, when we returned from a boat trip later that day, a different team of staff were on duty. They were much more helpful and quickly arranged for us to move to a better room, which improved our stay considerably. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, but the check-in experience and the condition of the first room let it down."
