"Similar to other PHG locations where we've stayed, the experience was solid. Staff were friendly (always a bit busy!). Special.thabks to the front desk who REALLY helped us in a crisis after we left our passports in the room safe by mistake. The condition of the property (maintenance-wise) was below expectation for a resort of this caliber. Small things like the toilet paper dispenser coming off the wall in the main lobby restroom, or hasty patches on common-area blemishes. The TV in the room was effectively useless due to no local channels and no wifi connection. But hey, we didn't come to Ibiza to watch TV! Worth noting, a stay of 3 nights only entitled us to 1 specialty restaurant booking. I don't recall this being very clear up-front. And the only way I found out was because the reservation system was glitching (rather than simply informing us of the restriction). Overall pleasant stay!"

"Room was nice & clean. Had to ask for Kettle and toaster because it wasn’t already there. Fantastic view from both balconies of the sea from our room 506. Staff were lovely. Shout out to NABILA on reception, she’s a lovely young lady. So helpful and caring. Staff on bar are lovely & hardworking. However it’s so expensive! Most people were going across the street to the supermarket to get their drinks & just drink it by the pool on the sun-beds. They would make more money if they bought their prices down. What a fantastic location, right on the little beach, water was so clear, warm & calm. Would definitely recommend & will definitely return. :)"
