"The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated, modern, comfortable and really great amenities. Breakfast is also really good and with many options. The hotel looks like a 5star but the service is not. They are all untrained and unexperienced kids running the hotel. They are friendly and always up to help but their lack of experience and professionalism is hard to swollen sometimes. I believe it justifies the price being charged because the hotel facilities are Amazing and if the service improves...

"We stayed here in September and could not fault it! Great breakfast with a wide selection, clean modern rooms with a lovely balcony. The pool was fantastic, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, I will be sure to stay here again when I’m in Ibiza next! "
