Very comfortable, classic hotel in the National Wrestling Federation area. Some staff were top tier, going above and beyond to make the stay great and easy; others probably need more training in hospitality but the good ones were excellent. Room was clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were limited but they were delivered to room which was convenient and nice. I walked everywhere because UB traffic sucks, took me about 20-30 minutes to the main square
