Was on 1F (bottom bunk) & could hear EVERYONE walking around in bathroom above on 2F. Also the pillows are myeh!! You can ask for more for free but still not great. Worst part. Checkout is at 10am. However they close the whole onsen including ONLY showered facilities at 9:30am. So if you want to do a later shower before checkout….out of luck. Not guest friendly!"
