"Room was clean, quiet and had great air conditioning during heat wave! Liked: - Great location to access harbour swimming pool and grocery store / shops - 30 min walk to several harbour sights but also alternatives of quick 5 min walk to Metro station or 5 min walk across pedestrian/bike bridge to get harbor ferry for destinations further out - On site bike rentals easy to use and in good shape - Complimentary towels for use at harbour pool Considerations: - Housekeeping is by request only and ours happened 2 days after we requested not the next day despite putting in verbal request before noon / 12pm - Better signage for mini bar rather than having to scan QR - No dinner service on sight or traditional restaurants close by, however the mall next door has good food variety and you can easily bike, walk or take metro / bus Overall was a great stay and would definitely stay again and recommend!"

"I enjoyed my stay overall, but the room maintenance was disappointing. It would be helpful if guests were informed at check-in that room cleaning must be requested one day in advance. Once I learned this, I emailed my request, but the room was never cleaned. During my stay, I had to request basic items such as toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. The toilet was also clogged from the first day and was never properly addressed. Since housekeeping never came, I was instructed to leave my trash outside the room, which made the experience feel more like self-service than a stay at a four-star hotel. In addition, the pillow shams had a musty, damp smell. I requested replacements, but they were never provided. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was especially appreciated during the warm summer days. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to install blackout curtains. During the summer, the sun rises very early and doesn't set until after 10:00 p.m., so darker curtains would make the rooms much more comfortable for sleeping."

"We arrived early and was able to check in without any fee. The room was so spacious and modern with complete toiletries, kettle, ironing board, fridge safe box deposit and most of all a comfy bed. The food was great in the restaurant and the staff were very helpful."

"Booked the Lounge access room and the room allocated was great, lounge is OK to repair to at days end. Loved the breakfast and huge credits to Mostafa- he was brilliant, caring and fun to talk to. The breakfast area was pristine, not a finger mark on the toaster and choice was great. Staff generally were lovely and we would always come back! STROMMA HOHO bus stops right out front, close to railway stations and waterfront for sundowners. 🙏"
