"Outstandingly clean, high pressure rain shower, nice products. Minutes from the train station which is perfect if you’re taking the Glacier or Bernina Express, or coming from the airport - and very easy to find. Pleasant and helpful staff. They even contacted me after housekeeping found my earring. Would’ve tried the spa if I stayed longer! Happy to recommend this hotel to others. "

"Vi ankom sent om aftenen efter receptionens åbningstid. Det var ikke noget problem, da vi bare ringede på klokken og fik hjælp med det samme til at komme ind på værelset.
Morgenmaden var ganske fin. Super god service og en følelse af at være en meget velkommen gæst og ikke blot et objekt, der skal tjenes penge på.
Vi kommer igen!"
