"We did not have a balcony but the condo we stayed in was fairly close to everything. The beach and pool were awesome as well as the rec area. Rode their bikes everyday. Food was excellent and tiki bar was awesome. People were very friendly. "

"This is a 3 Star resort charging 4-5 Star prices, including a $40 resort fee per person, which is pretty high for a place under construction, without good walking paths, and charging very high prices for all food and drinks. Our floors had been swept, but not mopped - my feet got filthy walking barefoot in our room and I had to wash them just to get into bed. The beach is very nice, the pools are very nice, the staff is very nice, but overall, we had a mediocre experience and would not recommend this to our friends."
