The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly.
