"It's a nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The mountain view room with balcony is spacious. However, the restaurant serves pure vegetarian food, no eggs are offered for breakfast."

"Great location, very pleased to have a room heater at no extra charge. Kitchen struggled to serve breakfast at appointed time, or as ordered, or even to open the dining room and turn on the lights by 8 am. Some of it was language issues, some was poor communication between reception and kitchen. The hotel is a bit creaky, but you could call it character. I enjoyed my stay."

This property seems to be more for couples and does not offer much for children - we were families travelling together, and there is limited activities / areas for kids (of any age) 2. the staff does little to promote local sightseeing / town visits and almost deter you from leaving the property - please do visit MG / Mall road and try local activities !"
