Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "Excellent arrival. Immediately allowed to go have breakfast as we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. Was super impressed with their customer service and didn’t take too long for our rooms to be ready. Entertainment staff were great and lots of activities. Expedia app advertised a hot tub but they didn’t have one - that was disappointing, but overall great experience."
