Loved the location as it is close to everything but unfortunately the pool and hot tub being in the basement was disappointing. There is no general lounging area where one could enjoy a latte and relax, unless I missed it, and the area near the front desk was often crowded. The best thing besides the location was the staff, particularly Ms Lee at the front desk. A real asset to the guests and a reflection of the hire’s desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Great location, just on the outside of busy Myeongdong night market so easy walk to all the shops, subway stations, and even to majority of sights in city center without the crowd or noise.
Our room was basic, but we only used it for sleeping so it was exactly what we needed. Facility & room was always clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facility was convenient. We would stay here again.

Great location. We had a king size bed. Room was spacious with small window. Very close to bus station for going back to ICN airport.
