The bar/kitchen area looked completely abandoned as though some disaster had hit the place and everyone had run away. The basement area, where we eventually found out we had to make breakfast with mouldy bread was disgusting. There was a large dead cockroach in the sink and the walls were crumbling. "This hotel exceeded my expectations-it's even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, and the facilities are high-tech. My room had a clothing styler and an air purifier. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Jeonju. "

"I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very cozy. I required non-emergent medical attention and the staff was wonderful in assisting my needs. Greatly appreciate their care for me during my stay in Jeonju. Also, the hotel is conveniently located 3km away from Jeonju Station (ktx), and about ten minute drive to the bus terminal. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways we clean and well kept. The room was clean, but could have used some maintenance (bidet 1/2 functional, wall paper peeling, no hot water on last day, etc). If you're looking for a place to rest your head and leave your belongings while out and about, this is the place."
