"No staff at front desk, always had to ring bell. Showed up just after 2 for 3pm room was told we could go to the room but they would charge us $10 for the hour (your sure they're not going to give me ten dollars less if I check out early). Manager who eventually checked us in said it was very busy that day and the time weren't ready but the messaging received originally didn't match. Kiddo found hairs that weren't his in the bed. Tub didn't drain. Breakfast looked surprisingly good but we didn't end up eating there. Won't return next time. "

"All the jets in the hot tub did not work, sink wouldn't drain. Lady at the front desk was so rude. The guy was awesome! The breakfast lady was amazing!!! For how much we spent on a room don't think I would ever stay again."
