"There are improvements being carried out, which will make a difference in the future.
We were unable to get the advertised wifi at all, despite the router being reset many times. This was annoying.
On four occasions we had random people enter our room without knocking, which was not okay. Once guy even got cross with us and said we should have locked the door.
I had to clean the bathroom before use and despite being given a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was present I. The duvet,...

"I booked for my father. He said that the room soooooo narrow and smells bad. He doesn’t have a pleasant stay for the night and he don’t want to stay anymore at this hotel. He also mentioned, he told the reception that he will leaving early, and the receptionist overslept and took few minutes to woke them up. Terrible. "
