"The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. "Sheets had big stain on , floor was in need of a vacuum, hairs in bathroom, furniture had rips in, stains on carpet, car parking space was tiny, we were kept awake on both night by noise and partying in other apartments. The shower was barely warm and went cold after one person had showered. Wouldn't stay again, over priced and begrudge paying a cleaning charge when it's not clean."

"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."
