"This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....

"Family wedding. Four of us in 3 rooms all very happy with accommodations. My only suggestion would be to provide some written info about using Spectrum TV platform..Dave at the front desk, and the gentleman in charge of breakfast area were standouts!"
