The location is convenient, and the condition of the room is good as well. However, as a solo female traveler, I don’t feel entirely safe. The surrounding area feels a bit sketchy.

Online, this hotel looks chic and nice. In person, it’s very average. The pool looked dirty and no one was using it even though it was warm out. Our room was spacious but the set up was odd. There was so much space between the two beds and the desk. No mini fridge. The toilet was in front of the bathroom door making it awkward to walk in. The single light in the ceiling gave a sad yellowish tone. Beds were comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is super sketchy. Staff stays locked away, dealing with you thru a window only. No breakfast. Nothing fancy about this place at all.

We found huge roaches inside the room in the morning. Huge hole on the wall. The AC unit was SO loud it sounded like someone else was in the room.

I needed a room after I past the Tijuana border at 11 pm and it was the closes hotel. So stayed there 1 night only. The pool needs maintenance.

Please practice more kind customer service, Sir, and please buy new towels; there was dirt and bodily fluids on every single towel in my room. Also, the listing showed a refrigerator, but it had been removed from the room.

Inadequate curtain let bright light in, sheets had EXTREME chlorine smell; I had red eyes and respiratory distress for a couple of days. Evidence of bed bugs. Two scratchy towels and no washcloths made for a disappointing shower. No light except for one bright overhead light. Oh, and that photo is very misleading, and the proprietor was pretty unfriendly, to put it mildly.

Estaba horrible, parecía que alguien nos estaba grabando para ver nuestras reacciones, el piso estaba totalmente sucio, caminabas y hasta tronaban las piedras y polvo con los zapatos, olía a cigarro muy fuerte, entramos al baño y la taza completamente sucia, la toalla que tenían en el piso toda manchada y sucia y la regadera no se diga. Tuvimos que iris inmediatamente a otro hotel.
