"Hotel is up an amazingly steep mountain with multiple hairpin bends, not for the faint hearted but amazing drive for our Porsche. Hotel son and daughter very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean but basic, towels very old. We struggled with the fixed menu food offering and there is really no where else so you have no choice. Breakfast is very much cake and meats and quite limited. However for the experience of being at the top of a mountain with only cows with bells, it Is unique"

"This is typical business hotel with very nice and helpful stuff. Dinner was served after hours which was a great help. Had everything i need and the only downside was the smell in the room. Smell is like you are in stable. Was so bad, so it woke me up in the night. "

"These were holidays to remember! I travel a lot but hardly ever did I experience such a high level of hospitality, courtesy and culture. Gianmaria and his staff were very much welcoming, always happy to provide tips when it comes to the places of interest, restaurants and wineries nearby. "The staff were really friendly at the hotel and resolved an incorrect room allocation with no issue. Rooms and food were nice and the hotel had a good vibe about it. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is the fact that I had to pay to use the pool on a weekend. It seemed to me there was no one checking other guests after I had paid. It made me feel that some had not paid and were using it for free. The rest of the stay was perfect. "

Great Hotel - ideally placed.

"Lovely hotel, well within walking distance to Vicenza centre. The room was lovely and clean, it overlooked the train station and the car park but the room was really quiet. Breakfast was good. The lady with blonde hair that was working in reception at check in was excellent! Absolutely first class service and she could not have done any more to help. Fantastic service with a smile. I will definitely stay here again. "
