"Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. In the early evening,no hot water. Callling to request help, we were told our building was not having hot water until Monday. Nobody informed us, maintenance never appeared and no solution given. PdelE has many options. Why bother returning to Solanas? "

"These are more like apartments than a hotel. There's no reception or services, but the host is very available and quickly responded to all of our requests. The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach and the unit was tastefully decorated and fully equipped (well above average - we couldn't think of anything it didn't have). "The hotel, the location and the proximity to the beach were excellent. But the one thing that stood out was Mitchel, the concierge, he was super helpful, very proactive and always checking with us to ensure all was going ok. We got some really great suggestions on tours, restaurants, shopping. One in our group was a vegan and Mitchel suggest this vegan place called Oli, we all loved it!. Mitchel, you were fantastic!"

"The location is excellent, close to the mall and stores. Few minutes driving to the beach. The front desk and breakfast kitchen staff were very nice and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. Already stay a couple times and I will return to this hotel when I visit Punta del Este. "
