"This hotel was amazing! I was very surprised with how clean, organized, elegant, stylish it was for the price they charge for. The rooms were very up to date, it has all the amenities needed for a great stay! The staff was extremely helpful and always making sure I had everything I needed as a guest! It has outdoor activities and it’s only like 5 minutes away from the airport. Highly recommended."

"I left my prescription glasses in my room, I called the hotel multiple times half and hour after I realized i left them on the room, they told me nothing was there, those cartier glasses were aprox 2.5k, they knew it and thats why i couldn’t get them back. Thefts "

"I used this place for an overnight layover, and honestly, I wouldn't want to stay any longer than that. Hot water was unreliable, bedsheets were questionably clean, and the coffee maker is just there to make you dream of the coffee you could have if they had left any coffee at all. There are no grocery stores anywhere close. Only a pharmacy and a small breakfast place which is great because that will be the only coffee you will see unless you bring your own in. The building and neighborhood are ok, though. Don't expect too much, and you'll be ok. It still is better than sleeping at the airport."

"Adequate room for a 1-night airport layover. The hotel needs to update their cleaning standards for towel quality (we had one old towel that looked used, and not as white/fresh as the other. Could use 2 small hand towels as they only offer shower gel and no bar of soap to shower. Also, the dust on the balcony furniture and guard rail needs more attention."

"My room was a well-equipped luxury studio apartment that included a washer/dryer (what a treat) and a great small kitchen and a large walk-in shower. Absolutely loved my accommodation. And for you gringos and gringas out there with shaky Spanish, your host, Juan, not only speaks impeccable English but is so very helpful. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was very friendly. Also the location, which was a 15 mintue drive from the airport,was very pretty with all the flowers on the outside of the hotel and the sceenery of the mountains and farms you can veiw from the window's/ balconies was beautiful. Will say its not close to any big stores or restaurants, so if need food can walk to local small stores or order a taxi to go closer to the city. Sadly, I wasnt able to experience the breakfast since i wasnt sure if i had to order at the front desk or in the dinning room area? I was able to grad a cup of coffee at the front desk, but when I sat down, waitied for about 10 minute's, no one came over to tell me any breakfast/ meal options. I heard the breakfast there was great but wasnt able to order from anyone so unsure if needed to order the night before or ask again at the front desk. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and decent for our one night stay, as we needed an overnight for our early morning flight the next day. "
