You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May to 31 October, EUR 5.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 900 per accommodation, per stay, (varies per unit)
• Gas fee: EUR 35 per accommodation, per week
• Water fee: EUR 15 per accommodation, per night
• A damage deposit of EUR 4500 will be collected before check-in.
