Small, private B&B

We had a great stay at Max and Nadias B&B. Location is good and with only 2 rooms its private with a pool.

Nadia was a fantastic host! We unfortuantely had the worst weather of the month, but it was great to have a large room we didn't feel we wanted to leave. The Private Bathroom was huge, and the shower was AMAZING. As long as you have a car there are plenty of places to visit from here, 45min to Lugano (Switzerland), and its nice to drive around the lake through all the towns. Close to Menaggio, and the greenway walk. Easy to get a ferry to Bellagio, and other towns. The pool is lovely and easy access to the beach and lake, can walk up into the local town in 5min. Private parking. Breakfast was fabulous with a different suprise each day!

Great place to stay

Nadia and Max were wonderful and accommodating hosts. We were quite comfortable during our two nights day. Would definitely stay here again. I note… Careful upon arrival not to miss the narrow turn down the driveway from the road.

Nadia is een erg vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw en zal ervoor zorgen alles aan doen om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Encantadores anfitriones! Nadia y Max te hacen sentir como en casa. Siempre atentos, siempre con consejos y recomendaciones que darte para hacer tu estancia en la bella región del Lago di Como inmejorable. La casa tiene habitaciones confortables, con mucho encanto (la nuestra tenía una terraza tranquila) y sirven un excelente desayuno frente a la refrescante piscina con vistas al Lago. Le séjour n'a pas été effectué,

Dans un premier temps, le GPS ne trouvait pas l'adresse indiquée sur la confirmation, car en réalité la maison AKUADUULZA n'est pas sur la VIA Statale mais en contre bas, on peut y arriver par un petit chemin pentu et très étroit, on ne peut y accéder que dans un sens, car l'entrée du chemin est à angle droit et impossible dans l'autre sens. D'autre part au bout du dit chemin, nous arrivons à un portail fermé sans sonnette et pas de numéro de téléphone indiqué sur la confirmation, nous avons attendu pendant plus d'un quart d'heure, le propriétaire est enfin venu, je lui ai fait de mon mécontentement, le ton est monté,le propriétaire nous a mis carrément à la porte, nous sommes donc partis, il a nous promis qu'il annulerait notre réservation, or à notre retour en France, nous nous apercevons que le montant de la réservation nous a été débité, du fait que le bout du chemin est sans issue, il a fallut faire plusieurs manoeuvres pour repartir, si il avait fallut venir la nuit ,les aller et venues auraient été d'autant plus compliquées.. C'est donc scandaleux .LA note de 9,6 Exceptionnel est une fausse publicité car si une partie est véridique à savoir la piscine, la grande chambre etc ...la difficulté de commodité ( chemin pentu, et étroit , portail fermé sans sonnette etc..)réduit considérablement la note. Je demande un remboursement au moins partiel, puisque je n'ai pas fait le séjour

Nette private Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen. Die Straße dorthin ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Etwas hellhörig. Das private Bad ist außerhalb des Zimmers, das hat uns manchmal etwas gestört. Sauberkeit ist wirklich Top. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und bemüht. Aber der Preis ist schon eher Wucher. Schade, dass nicht irgendwo eine Kaffeemaschine stand, wo man selber Kaffee machen konnte.

Hearty as well as professional Welcome!

My seven day stay at B&B Akuaduulza was a most enjoyable one on beautiful lake Como: Wonderful views from my room to the pool and further on to the lake and the mountains. And in this setting, the most hospitable Max & Nadia served their delicious and healthy breakfast which was a pleasure to start the day with. And the generosity to share their recommendations for restaurants, cafés or tipps for sightseeing tours, was outstanding and helped to make this trip a truly memorable one!

Loved our stay in San Siro with our friendly Hosts. close to Menaggio and Ferry. We a had a wonderful 2 day stay here in lovely small town. Morning breakfast by the pool and a small walk to a private beach.
