The staff was AMAZING. Hector, Melony, Michael, EVERYONE was amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay exquisite and make sure we were comfortable. They even helped us find some fun restaurants and have other great advice. The rooms were also amazing, in my opinion it's the perfect room for a small family. Had a large comfortable bed and 2 pull out couches. Everything was perfect. Thank you Melony, Hector, Michael and the GM, and all others who make up Hotel Puerto Valdés. A beautiful place I'll never forget

Had a great stay truly appreciate angel for the hospitality he is 5 stars ! Clean rooms the only little issue I had was there’s no TV in the room but besides that everything was great definitely recommend!

Big room, facing the ocean, great value, with friendly staff.
Not a fancy hotel by any means if you are looking for the $400+ a night hotels.
An amazing beach connected to the hotel, with a food and drink vendor on it.
Pool is clean with a bar in it and a restaurant on the side.
