We loved the proximity to the airport. Its a clean average hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. But the airconditioning its old, the towels are worn out, the instalations urgently need a refresh... Convinient for the travelers that need to stay need the airport since the nicest hotel in El Salvador its about an hour away

They need to fixing the A/C make a lot noise.. I arrived at 11:30 and I had to leave at 05:00 and I paid almost $200.00 for a few hours.. I understand is not their foul that i arrived late but it’s does matter

Friendly staff, clean rooms. The air conditioner was noisy. The restaurant used to have a wonderful dinner (la cena) buffet, but now does not. The menu items were good, but the waiter who served me was not interested in serving me, for example did not even ask about dessert.

This is a very convenient location as it is super close to the airport. After I got out of the shower and went to my bed there was a blood stain on the sheets. Additionally, the bed was not balanced because the leg of the bed was messed up. The mattress was comfortable though.

The hotel/rooms were super clean and beds were comfy. The staff was super hospitable. Food at the restaurant (Los Balcones) was delicious. I recommend the Churrasco Tipico. Breakfast buffet w/ omelette station was included for us, also delicious! Airport is 5mins away (they offer a free shuttle). We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!
