Unkept grounds, beautiful but need more maintenance. No easy access to the beach , you could see the water and beach / surfers but very rocky and unstable to get to. The room was nice but almost no water pressure. The place is beautiful and staff great but it is a local weekend pay a daily fee for all day pool access and if you don’t save your seats at pool you wouldn’t have any. But most place here are like this. I get it, it helps them sustain the place but can be frustrating for people paying to stay the night. The wooden walkways are beautiful to walk around in the morning to watch the sunrise. We did enjoy our time together but we also make the best of our time anywhere especially on vacation :) staff was great and let us have a late check out before we had to head to the airport.

A rundown environment that is not pleasing to be in. Pay a lot of money to wanna be enjoy your stay. In my case and others that got there and felt the same way had to leave and I’ll be there.

My husband and I stayed at Mandala Eco Villas for 2 nights. When heading in it was obvious that it was an isolated area. Unfortunateley we didnt rent a car so we had to rely on ubers. Ubers had long waiting times and weren't always available especially later in the evening. So I would suggest staying here only if you have a car. Benefit of being isloated is the amazing view you get of the Sol Blas beach. It is very peaceful. We enjoyed being in the pool and watching the sunset. The room was also nice. We did have some water access issues being an eco villa and water conservation site, but they were resolved. The restuarant on site had good food, but last order is at 7. Staff and security were very friendly.

Different - they have hot water, service was amazing, great pool, people can help you with luggage very small. Don’t like: as part of hut is outside some small bugs come in, no extra pillows or blankets they are just throws, NO ACCESS TO BEACH!! but place was ok

First time in this style of accommodations (hut style) and loved it. Not crowded, as i stayed during xmas. Staff could have been quicker on the service but overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend and return.

i had a wonderful stay. I spent my last day of my one week stay here. I was in San Salvador for 4 nights. If you want peace, tranquility and don’t mind nature (a frog made its way into my bathroom) this is the place for you. there is a restaurant food was good but pricey you are better off going 10 minutes down the road to El Tunco. i felt safe, there is 24 hr security and since i was checking out before I could enjoy the included breakfast the staff offered to prepare fruit for us to take to go. My only complaint is the beach was so rocky.

This property is great for alone time with yourself or significant other. The bungalows are simple, clean and efficient. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again without question.

Room, bathroom, sheets and pool very dirty no maintenance to the place a big lie of the pictures to what the place looks to this date way over price its a ripoff I will never recomend this place hope I can share pictures dont fake advertisi ., we came here to have an amazing time did not go to the pool till to day later because of how dirty it was. The smell of the room is terrible. We are so disappointed. There was a big hair inside the breakfast tortilla were is the management in this hotel and consideration to the guesst that come from far away to spend a good time in this fake place, yes ecological but the smell of the bathroom kills the vive what about the water there is non in thos room it took me 30 min. To clean my self because of no water and eather hot 😡 this for me was a ripoff.

The minute we walked into the villa, the smell was horrible, everything is so old, does need an upgrade. The walls are dirty, the blankets were not change since it was a lot of hair , from previous guests. The shower was liking all the time, holes on the net of the bed , holes on all the net of the villa. The view of the beach is HORRIBLE, it was so limited , your view are just rocks, no way to walk to the beach. Really disappointed and will not recommend the staying at this property . The only good things this property provides is just staff are nice and the palm trees and plants surrounding. Thanks God it was just my first visit to this property and will be my last one. Mandala Eco Villas is a paradise to travelers that appreciate the beauty of nature. Off the coast the pool overlooks the waves of the Ocean and is a beautiful sight. The restaurant food options are tasty. The service of the staff is first class. My wife and I stayed in the family room fir 3 nights and the Eco Villa for 1 night and we both were happy with our stay and experience. The hotel is close proximity to El Tunco and many must try restaurants like Betos. Enjoy your stay at Mandala

no beach, the room was right by the road and instead of being an eco-resort I had to listen to traffic on the road all night long. no facilities, events, yoga, nothing. everything closes down at 9. couldn't even get tea. very disappointing experience.

I did a mom and daughter trip to El Salvador and I had an amazing experience! I needed a ride to go to other places and the staff took the time to get me taxis. The place also offers day passes so my family was also able to visit me and spend the day with me and my daughter and was able to experience this unique experience. I cannt wait to visit again !!!

Inconveniente stay
While staying at this facility, water went off and we did not have water to shower after taking a stroll in town, we were sweaty and needed to shower before going to bed and couldn’t. Management had mentioned that they were doing some repairs but failed to advise us of the water shot off. We filed a complaint and ware compensated of the inconvenience.

Me and my husband decided to book here for our honeymoon. We wanted to be away from the Hussle and brussel and just wanted a quiet place to stay and relax. We loved that it was surrounded by lush greans and that the beach were steps away. From the time we stepped into the property the staff were amazing! They will go above and beyond for their guest. They treated us amazingly. You can feel the genuine care coming from the staff for their guest. Maria was amazing ♥️ she was there for us no matter the need and was just the sweetest ever!. The property gives off a Bali kinda feel and we loved it! The property stayed clean staff would get up and clean the property everyday! The food was amazing! The drinks were amazing. I will say that it is kinda hard to find (especially at night) you can easily miss the signs and GPS will take you else where, the road to get there is rough and raw but I promise it's all worth it when u arrive. They have 24hr security and we felt as safe as can be! Don't hesitate book! Book! Book!
